Funds will be used to establish Bastrop’s first APO Community Advisory Council: (CAC)
- Creating materials to explain and publicize CAC
- Organizing interested parties before, during, after meetings
- Hiring mining consultant to facilitate meetings
- Administrative support to organize, transcribe, report on meetings
- Media Relations

Yes, we especially appreciate gifts that help us raise awareness and help people get involved: printing flyers, food to serve at events, volunteers able to organize/ staff campaigns, legal counsel and more. Let us know what you have in mind.
